Can I ship to a distinctly different address than my billing address?
Absolutely. Our checkout system will allow you to enter distinct billing & shipping addresses, and we will ship to the shipping address you provide during checkout. [top]
How do I use the FREE Shipping promotion as displayed on your website?
Good job for seeing it! First there are a few rules surrounding this promotion:
- You must purchase the item on www.golfstockpile.com . Sorry, but eBay, Amazon, and Overstock purchases don't count!
- You must select UPS Ground and ship your order within the Continental US
- Your order must be over $99 to qualify
So, if your order qualifies, simply enter FREESHIP into the promotion field during checkout. The shipping charge will be deducted just prior to you finalizing your payment. [top]
What countries do you ship to?
We would love to ship to every country, but unfortunately some countries have very high incidents of credit card fraud and thus we must protect ourselves. However, with that said, below is a list of the countries that we do ship to:
Anguilla, Antigua, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Barbuda, Belgium, Canada Cayman Islands, China, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Grenadines, Guadeloupe, Guam, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Martinique, Monaco, Montserrat, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Scotland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, St Kitts & Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tobago, Trinidad, Turks & Caicos, UK, United Staes, and Virgin Islands (British & US).
Please note: While shipping internationally, you (the customer) are responsible for any duties, taxes or fees relating to the import. The shipping charge we collect during checkout is for the cost of transportation ONLY, and any duties, taxes, or fees relating to the import must be paid at the time of delivery!!! [top]
What forms of payment do you accept?
Thank you for asking. We accept a wide range of payment options, including: most major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover), Paypal, Money Order, Paypal Express, and Google Checkout (when allowed by the marketplace).

Who is responsible for any import duty, tax or brokerage fees?

International customers are most often subject to import duty, taxes, and / or brokerage fee, which are collected at the time of delivery. These are NOT additional shipping charges, but rather are taxes or fees as a result of the import.
Your charge from GolfEtail includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs clearance and/or brokerage fees must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be, as we ship worldwide and customs policies differ widely depending on destination.

Is your merchandise authentic?
Absolutely! We purchase all of our merchandise directly from the manufacturer or from well-known distributors. If you are still concerned about the authenticity, I invite you to look at our feedback as it speaks for itself. [top]
When should I receive my order?
Well it depends upon where you live and what level of shipping service you selected. I can tell you that if your payment cleared by 3PM ET , then your order should ship the same day; otherwise, it will ship the next business day.
Furthermore, our order management system emails out tracking numbers each and every business day around 9PM ET . Using this tracking number and by going to http://www.golfstockpile.com/track-order.html you can get an expected delivery date of your package. [top]
What is my UPS Tracking number?
You didn't get it? I bet it is in your SPAM folder or your other email address inbox. Our order management system automatically emails the UPS tracking number shortly after your order ships; typically this occurs around 9PM ET every busienss day. These emails get sent to your registered email address.
After you check your SPAM filter & other email addresses if you still do not have it, simply email us at support@golfstockpile.com and we will resend it. [top]
My credit card was initially declined, but now appears to have been charged more than once. When should I expect a credit?
Thank you for your payment, an if I were you I would wonder as well!
For your security as well as ours, our credit card processor is designed to scrutinize every transaction to prevent credit card fraud. Your initial payment may have triggered our fraud prevention filter, making it appear as though your payment was declined. In fact, your payment may have been 'approved' by your bank, but our fraud filters stopped your payment from being finalized until we manually review the transaction. Furthermore, if you processed your credit card several times, then your bank may have placed a hold on your funds for each of your attempts.
We review these payments each and every business day, and will accept only one of your payments, and will reject the remaining payments which will release the remaining funds. If you need further assistance to determine when your bank will release the remaining funds, please contact your bank directly. [top]
Do your items carry a manufacturer's warranty?
First and foremost, we stand behind everything we sell and will do our best to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
All of our new items come complete with manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated otherwise. If your merchandise is defective or is damaged under normal usage, simply email us at return@golfstockpile.com . It is at the manufacturer's decision whether to repair, replace, or issue a refund for your damaged item, so bear with us while we work with them.
Please note any item that has been altered any way may void the warranty -- that is the manufacturer's policy, not ours! [top]
When you receive your order if you are not 100% satisfied, please email us and we will do our best to make it right. If you still want to return your purchase, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we will refund your original purchase price less a $10 handling fee & the original shipping charge.
We must be notified of the intent to return within 5 days of receiving the item, and the item(s) must be returned to us within 15 day of receipt. All returns require a return authorization, so please email us at return@golfstockpile.com for an RA Number before returning an item. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued.
Please be aware all item that are purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for items shipped internationally. [top]
Great question!
The shaft flex you need is dependent upon several factors, but primarily how fast you swing. Simply said, the faster you swing the stiffer the shaft you want. A good rule of thumb is:
- If your swing speed is 80 - 90 MPH, then you would be best suited with a regular flex
- If you swing 90 -100 MPH, then stiff is probably your best choice
Another way of looking at it is "What club do you hit from 150 yards"?
- If you hit a 8 iron, then go with a stiff flex.
- If you hit a 6 iron from 150 yds, then go with a regular flex. [top]
Help... I just received my item and it is damaged! What do i do?
First, our apologies for the damage and don't worry, we will take care of the damage! We do work closely with UPS to minimize damages, however unfortunately, they occassionally still occur. So please contact us via email at return@golfstockpile.com or via phone at 1-877-570-4653 (Monday-Friday, 9:30AM - 4:30PM PT ) to notify us of the claim. Our customer service department will then contact UPS to alert them to the damage & to originate a claim with UPS. [top]
It is important fo your to retain all damaged items, materials, including the original packaging as UPS requires them for their investigation. After we contact UPS, we will then contact you regarding disposition of the damaged item, and will advise you the status of a replacement item.

Do you ship via US Postal Service?
Sort of, but not really! We have an exclusive arrangment shipping arrangement with UPS. UPS offers affordable, fast, reliable, and trackable transportation services throughout the world and picks up shipments at our warehouse on a daily basis. [top]
We do however support our Armed Forces, and if need be will ship via US Postal Piority to an Armed Forces Member when shipping to an APO / FPO address ONLY. This is the ONLY exception we will make, and please be aware we do NOT ship US Postal Service every day, and therefore there may be a slight delay in the shipping of your order. [top]
Ahhhh .... Uncle Sam at work again! We have offices located in Massachusetts & California, and therefore, by state law, we are required to collect 5% sales tax to all orders shipped to Massachusetts or 7.75% on all orders shipped to California. We don't like it either, but unfortunately it's the law! [top]
